The third edition of Baška Outdoor Festival brought real adrenaline challenges during a three-day program.
Baška Outdoor Festival, in its third edition, once again revealed the natural beauty of Baška and its surroundings to visitors who wanted an active holiday.
Along over 90 kilometeres of walking paths and biking routes connected with historical and natural landmarks, those visiting Baška during the weekend from 13th to 15th October 2017 had the opportunity to test themselves in the Krk Island Trail running race, mountain bike in the Krk ‘n’ Roll Marathon, or hike on some of the most beautiful locations on Krk, such as the Moon Plateau. Both beginner and recreational rock climbers had the chance to try out the Portafortuna climbing site, and all age groups were welcome to experience the adventure that is zipline Edison.
Rijeka Sport's Association project team took the opportunity to promote European everyday of sport project at the Baška Outdoor Festival. We distributed the project leaflets and spread the word about the main project activities and goals confirming once again that is possible to be active in a rural areas too (island in this case).
